Heavy Duty emulsifying cleaning degreaser. Cold clean wash is versatile multipurpose cleaner and degreaser for engineering division. Cold clean wash effectively emulsifies oil and grease deposits from the soiled greasy metal surface. 

Application

Ready to use for tank cleaning or General Degreasing. Treated for the really tough daily cleaning problems faced in the proper Maintenance of Industrial and Institutional physical plants. Can be used as a stripper for all types of waxes and finishes and as a Degreaser where regular cleaners will not perform. May be brushed on, sprayed or used in a dip tank. Excellent for use as a wash for fuel tankers & as a liquid steam jenny compound.

Procedure

Directly spray cold clean wash on the area to degrease and objects to be cleaned and wait until full complete emulsification reaction between cold wash emulsifier and OILY GREASY deposits. Approximate full time to dissolve all greasy mass is 15 minute to 1 Hrs. Then rinse the objects thoroughly with fresh water, If possible use hot water up to 60 degrees to get optimum result.

Useful area

WHY cold clean wash is important before Descaling of Cooling system?
If the cooling system is contaminated with oil, fat and other greasy deposits then simply make 100 ltr solution of cold clean wash with water by the proportion of 10 Ltr Coldwash in to 100 Ltrs water ( or depend on contamination of oil deposits on surface, cold wash ratio can vary 5 - 10% in freshwater ). Then circulate emulsion ( prepared solution of the cold wash with water ) for 8 - 12 hrs. And if solution temperature can maintain 50 - 60 degree, then cleaning performance can be an increase in the short period of time. Finally, drain all soiled cleaning liquid followed by fresh water until outcome water remains clear. 
 
Cleaning of the cooling system becomes compulsory when system required DESCALING, removal of scale deposits.  As oily surface doesn't allow descaler to react with lime deposits.
